PlusNet offers money back guarantee

PlusNet offers money back guarantee One broadband firm has enhanced its customer services by introducing a money back guarantee for unhappy consumers.

PlusNet is making the offer to refund the entire subscription cost if a customer decides within 90 days of getting connected that they are not satisfied.

In addition, customers who are displeased but wish to continue with the service can do so on a one-month subscription basis.

"We know customers stay with PlusNet because they are happy, not because they are tied into long contracts," said Neil Armstrong, products director at the firm.

He added that the offer had been introduced because the broadband provider was proud of its products in comparison with those of competitors.

Meanwhile, the one-month contract option is a good choice for those who are unhappy with their current provider, Mr Armstrong stated.

The firm recently announced that it had created a Polish version of its website to cater for Poles living in Britain.
